Delivery Information


Currently, TRS USA can only sell and ship to addresses within the US, Canada and the Caribbean. If you wish to purchase TRS products in another part of the world, please contact the correct distributor or dealer for your location. 


TRS uses USPS for small items (e.g tow straps) and FedEx for medium to large items (e.g harnesses). Delivery times may vary, but we dispatch all in-stock items within 24 hours. Delivery will be made Monday to Friday. Delivery may be delayed if we require payment confirmation or clarification of delivery details.

If we receive your order and payment prior to 3pm, we will ship your order that day, provided stock is available. If the products you ordered cannot be shipped by the end of the following business day, we will contact you and advise the nearest practical shipping date. If any items in your order are not available, we will give you the option to backorder until the item arrives, have part delivery of your order, or cancel the entire order. You will only be charged for products actually shipped. Deliveries will only be made to your place of residence, office, or race shop (where your car is being maintained). We will require you to sign for the delivery on items with high value.
